With a unique take on chili, Cincinnati has become a rising food destination. Skyline Chili is a must when visiting the city, as is grabbing a donut from Holtman’s. You may not think of Cincinnati right away when it comes to top food towns, but one visit will certainly change your mind.

Deep dish pizza, anyone?

Of course, that’s not the only great food item to be found in Chicago. The hot dogs are among the best in the country, with different spins on them seemingly everywhere you go. Plus, guests on board AQSC will tour through the original location of Frontera Grill from chef Rick Bayless.

The music might be the reason for your visit to Nashville, but the food is what will make you come back. If you can handle the heat, try your hand at some Hot Chicken at Hattie B’s or Hot Chicken or Prince’s Hot Chicken Shack. You’ll also find a plethora of delicious Southern cuisine restaurants and unique international options as well.

New Orleans

Cafe du Monde is a must (as shown in the photo above). Their beignets, which are fried dough topped with powdered sugar, are outstanding. They’ve been selling them since 1862! Red beans and rice is another staple dish in New Orleans, as is the fried Po’Boy Sandwich. You’ll never go hungry in the Big Easy.

Guests on board AQSC are in for a huge treat when they stop through Memphis, Tennessee. The city is well-known for its exceptional barbecue. Go all out and sample delicious meats from Corky’s, Rendezvous, the Bar-B-Q Shop and Three Little Pigs.
