At a higher price point, there is also the option of swim-up suites which are located in the Pyramid Building. All suites include spa-like bathrooms with rainfall showers, high-tech entertainment, furnished balconies with stunning views, and complimentary minibars containing soft drinks and premium beer. Rooms located within the 17-floor Club Tower offer additional perks such as private check-in/checkout and special bathroom amenities.
The most upscale building is the Turquoize Tower, which caters to adults only aged18 years and up. These suites come with a choice of double or king bed, premium bedding, turndown service, blackout drapes, butler service, and balconies with private Jacuzzis. Larger suites also include sofa beds.
A wide range of dining options is found on the property, including 17 restaurants and cafes, as well as bars and lounges. A gourmet buffet called El Mercado is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. French, Italian, and Japanese cuisine are available at a selection of à la carte restaurants, along with seafood, a steakhouse, and a 50s style diner called Chevy’s for classic American treats such as burgers, corn dogs, and milkshakes. Private dining experiences and a chef’s table are on site as well for an additional fee. There’s also a dessert parlor, a coffee house, plus several bars and lounges. One of the most unique features is Tres CerveZa’s, an upscale microbrewery with a brewmaster on hand to answer questions and serve up a selection of snacks and a variety of house-made beer and ale.
Vacationers can expect an assortment of activities and entertainment including 3 outdoor infinity pools, 2 whirlpools, a fitness center and spa, yoga, tennis, basketball, kayaking and paddleboarding, and live performances such as musicians, dancers, and acrobatics. Dance classes, Spanish lessons, and water polo in the pool are also part of the resort’s all-inclusive experience. Additionally, Hyatt Ziva Cancun offers golf lessons and houses Delphinus, an on-site dolphin habitat for interactive experiences, both of which are available for a surcharge.
