Albizia Restaurant captures local influence and culture with murals, poems, and artist renderings on the walls. This is the only restaurant on-site covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with local recipes reimagined. The gourmet cuisine uses local fruits and vegetables infused with North American and Caribbean influences. Breakfast is included and can be eaten in the restaurant or by the pool. Lunch and dinner are a la carte at an additional cost, or there is the option to travel off the resort for guests that prefer to dine elsewhere.
The Calliandra Roof Top Bar is an intimate venue with a small pool and lounges. It’s the ideal place to soak up the sun while enjoying a signature cocktail. The particular venue can also be used to host private events, which can be organized by the hotel catering team.
