Do you travel with skin or hair serums, creams, or oils, or perhaps just small items that require safekeeping? If so, this capsule system by Cadence is a product you’ll want to consider.
Airtight and leakproof, these 0.56-ounce capsules are bigger than they appear and can hold a surprising amount. Each capsule has the capacity for approximately 10 uses of serum or oil. Plus, the rounded shape and rounded bottom allow the user to easily access and use ALL the product within them. Conveniently, they can also be used for medication and vitamins, powders, and small jewelry.
Capsules come in a bundle of six, with a variety of colors to choose from, and they’re customizable with label “tiles” that allow the user to choose a product name or icon for each capsule. Simply choose your labels from a pre-set dropdown menu or create your own for an additional charge. All languages and international keyboards are supported.
Magnets are located in the body and top of each capsule, as well as in each Tile so the lid can cling to the side of the capsule while you extract the contents, rather than putting the lid down somewhere and possibly misplacing it. The magnets also allow for everything to stay together and organized, whether you choose to take two or twenty capsules with you on vacation.
Made of 20% recycled ocean-bound plastic and 30% excess manufacturing material, the Cadence capsule system is TSA-compliant.
This is a handy system that helps to organize a lot of small items and travel essentials, including beauty products. The magnetic system is pure genius so nothing gets separated or lost, and they take up very little room in carry-on luggage.
The only drawback to Cadence capsules is that some travelers might find the price a little offputting, as single capsules are currently $14 each in US$, while six-pack bundles are $76 (down slightly from the original price of $84) and 12 packs are $143 (down from $160).
For travelers that are on a tight budget, it could be argued that refillable plastic container sets are much cheaper – though not as convenient, attractive, or airtight, they can essentially do the same job.
