The complex offers a blend of modern luxury and classic charm and features a sprawling 82,000 square-foot casino floor, various dining options, entertainment venues, and event and conference spaces.

There is also a wide selection of bars, including Molly O’Shea’s Pub, Breakers, the Hive Taphouse, Sunburst Bar, and Starting Gate Bar. The bars and lounges offer a perfect setting for socializing, with an impressive selection of beverages and live entertainment.

The complex is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly; however, they are quick to make excuses for any mistakes and are sorely lacking when it comes to making guests feel valued.

  • a lot of miscommunication between staff members, including management, front desk, and housekeeping
